Terms and Conditions (T&C) and Refund Policy


Introduction:
The T&Cs set out for Rosewood Flowers are based on the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) within the ACT, Australia.

Product or Service Description:
Rosewood Flowers provide flowers, floral services, bouquets, candles, sundries and vases as a retail and events business.

Price and Payment:
Prices are provided in store or online and will be in Australian Dollars. All prices include GST. We do not accept Cash in store.

Delivery:
Delivery is provided for orders placed online in accordance with our delivery policy guidelines.

Delivery Guidelines: We offer same-day delivery across Canberra for all orders placed before 12pm on the day of delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, flowers will be left in a safe and sheltered location at the recipient's address. We take every care to ensure your flowers are left securely, but we are not responsible for loss or damage once delivery has been made.

Important Notes:

  • Please double-check that all recipient contact details and addresses are correct at checkout or when ordering in store. Rosewood Flowers is not responsible for replacing or refunding an order that was delivered to the wrong address as provided by the customer.

  • If access to the property is gated, secured, or requires instructions, please include those at checkout.

  • Pets must be secured. If our couriers cannot safely access the delivery location due to unsecured animals or unsafe conditions, the delivery may be returned or reattempted at additional cost.

  • We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. Any orders put in on those days will be delivered the Wednesday following.

  • Returns and Refunds:
    As a perishable product we do not provide a refund for purchases. If you are unhappy with a product then please return the item with 24 hours to the store. If the item has not met our expectation we will look to replace it.

    Warranties and Guarantees:
    There are no warranties or guarantees associated with the products sold.

    Privacy Policy:

    Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes can be addressed directly to the store owner via email at hello@rosewoodflowers.com.au
