While we welcome brides who walk in to our shop for a chat, all bridal consults over 10 minutes must be booked in.

Our bridal appointment availability is Mondays and Tuesdays 9:30am to 2:30pm and generally run from 30-45mins long. Any further meetings will be billed at an hourly rate.

Our buildable wedding packages are designed as a flexible starting point. Website pricing is indicative only and reflects floral product selections only. Labour, delivery, and set-up fees are not included in buildable package pricing. By proceeding with a buildable package, you acknowledge that a separate invoice will be issued for these non-negotiable costs.

Final pricing is confirmed once your selections, quantities, flower choices, labour, delivery and installation requirements are agreed upon. Submitting a buildable package does not secure a date or pricing until a formal quote has been issued and the booking fee has been paid.

This package grants one pre-booked in person meeting with Rosewood Flowers as well as one amendment to the design brief. Anything outside of these two items will be billed at an hourly rate.

Changes or additions to your order may be requested up to one month before your wedding, subject to availability.

After this time, reductions are not accepted and will not reduce the total cost, as ordering and labour planning will already be underway.

By booking Rosewood Flowers, you are engaging us for our design style and professional judgement. Floristry is a natural medium and variations in colour, form and flower availability are inherent. Exact replication of inspiration images is not guaranteed. If specific flowers are unavailable, Rosewood Flowers reserves the right to make suitable substitutions of equal or greater value to achieve the intended look and quality.

Delivery and/or installation is included only where specified in your quote. Access times must be confirmed in advance. Once flowers have been delivered or installed, responsibility transfers to the client. Rosewood Flowers is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, venues, guests, or other third parties.

All hired items remain the property of Rosewood Flowers and must be available for collection at the agreed time and location. The client accepts full responsibility for loss or damage and agrees that repair or replacement costs may be charged

The 30% booking fee is non-refundable. If the wedding is cancelled, payments beyond the booking fee will be assessed against costs already incurred. If the wedding date is changed, payments may be transferred to a new date subject to availability and potential price adjustments.

Rosewood Flowers is not liable for any delay, disruption, or inability to fulfil services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, crop failure, supplier or market shortages, transport disruption, illness, government restrictions, or venue closure. In such circumstances, Rosewood Flowers will assess the situation and, where possible, offer suitable alternatives or refunds for any unspent goods or services.

Rosewood Flowers may photograph completed floral work and use images for website, portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the wedding date.
