Frequently Asked Questions

  • No two bouquets are ever the same! You can expect a beautifully designed, fresh bouquet of seasonal exotics or natives/wildflowers (these include our South African cousins such as proteas and leucadendrons) depending on your order choice. They are arranged with care and wrapped in water and presented as a beautiful bouquet.

  • Delivery is on a Tuesday of each week. Generally in the afternoons. If you would like a different day, we can totally accommodate that. Please reach out to us at hello@rosewoodflowers.com.au

  • Our trusted couriers will leave the flowers in a safe area on the front doorstep out of sunlight and harms way. Please make sure there easy access to the entryway and all animals are out of the way of the delivery drivers.

  • Getting started is easy. You just need to choose if you want natives and wildflowers, or seasonal flowers. Then choose your size and subscription offering. Once added to the cart, you check out as normal.

  • Great! Just follow the steps and add to cart. On the check out page, it will ask for your details first, then it ask for the details of who it is going to . You are welcome to leave a message for the first card as well.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on the sizing and floral offerings. Each size has a picture dedicated to what you can expect.

  • We understand that in this economic climate, not everyone wants to be driving around or paying for heavy delivery fees. We have drastically slashed delivery fees for subscription florals in order to regularly bring florals into your home without breaking the bank.
